1. INTRODUCTION
The supplier of the goods under your order is Attiko Casa, located at Avenida de la Constitución 208, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00901. All communications should be directed to attikocasa@gmail.com or by calling +1.787.745.1965. If you wish to make changes to your order (including delivery or pickup arrangements), you must do so at least 10 days in advance. If changes are not made within this timeframe, it will be at Attiko's discretion to make the requested changes. Attiko reserves the right to charge any additional sums to the customer to effect the requested changes.

Please note that if you place multiple orders for the same goods, we cannot guarantee that the supplied goods will be from the same batch or have
an exact color match.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the goods is specified in the order confirmation. Additional delivery charges may apply; see Section 4, 'DELIVERY CHARGES,' and Section 5, 'ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES.' Full payment for the goods must be made 72 hours prior to receiving your order. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, Attiko reserves the right to alter the delivery date. The customer acknowledges that failing to complete payment within the stipulated timeframe waives their right to request a refund of any monetary amount paid. Any alteration to the delivery date due to delayed payment will incur an additional charge, which will not exceed 5% of the total sale. Ownership of the supplied goods will only transfer upon receipt of full payment, including applicable delivery charges.
3. YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Attiko Casa is legally obligated to provide goods that meet the specifications of the contract. In cases of defective or non-conforming goods, see Section 8, 'QUALITY'; this section does not limit your rights in such cases. If you placed your order online, by email, or by phone, you may cancel it within 2 days of placing the order. This timeframe does not apply when: a. The customer picked up the items in-store. b. The goods are subject to fluctuations in market prices. c. Customized items are ordered. d. Special order merchandise is involved. e. Goods that have become inseparable from other items after delivery.

Customers are expected to handle the goods with reasonable care; we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if unnecessary handling causes a loss in the value of the goods. Cancellations for made-to-order items must occur within 2 days of placing the order, or according to your rights under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges Regulations). After this period, a cancellation fee of 30% (restocking fee) will apply, and a store credit for the remaining amount will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Attiko Casa will not refund any money for special order items. If you do not use the store credit within 12 months, you will forfeit the funds. When the customer picks up or receives the merchandise, by signing the receipt, they agree that it is in perfect condition and meets the contract conditions. Therefore, the customer is responsible for conducting an immediate inspection and notifying Attiko of any discrepancies or claims immediately. If the customer is not satisfied with the received merchandise, they must call or email the established contacts before Attiko's staff leaves the delivery location (in cases of delivery) and before taking the merchandise in cases of pickup. Failure to provide immediate notification will be understood as tacit acceptance that the goods were delivered in accordance with the contract.
4. DELIVERY
Furniture, upholstery, and bulky accessories (rugs and mattresses) are delivered by various carriers. The choice of carrier for delivery depends on the specific delivery/work requirements. Delivery outside Puerto Rico is subject to the availability of courier services in the area and is not guaranteed. Custom-made furniture generally takes between 8 and 10 weeks to arrive (up to 12 weeks in some cases), and you can schedule a convenient delivery appointment once they arrive at our warehouse. Certain areas may have variations in delivery times. If you place multiple orders with goods from different factories and on different dates, you will receive a complete delivery once all the furniture has arrived. For furniture orders, we will inform you of the approximate timeframe for our home delivery company to contact you regarding your delivery or pickup. In-stock items will be delivered within two weeks following the date of your order, while custom-made items will be delivered once they arrive at our warehouse.
5. ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
Our furniture delivery service includes delivery to the chosen room, subject to accessibility and safety for our staff. Please inform us of any special factors that may affect the cost or delivery time, such as parking restrictions, narrow entrances, stairs, ramps, distance between parking and the designated location, different levels, small access points, etc. We are not responsible if the size of the merchandise exceeds the dimensions of your door, entrance, or elevator. The customer assumes full responsibility for any repairs needed due to damages caused by the carriers during the delivery of thegoods. It is the customer’s responsibility to design the safest route for the carriers to deliver the goods without causing damage. Additional delivery charges may apply under the following circumstances:
If you need to communicate special factors after placing and confirming your order, please contact customer service. We will inform you about any additional delivery charges, and you must pay these charges before delivery or redelivery, or within 7 days after receiving the notice if they are charged after delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If delivery proves impossible or impractical due to access issues on two or more occasions, we may cancel your order and deduct administrative, transit, and storage costs (up to 25% of the price of the goods) from your refund. Additional delivery charges apply to special installation items such as cabinets, closets, TV stations, and wall units. You have 8 days to pick up your product in-store once notified of its arrival. Failing to do so will incur a storage fee of $60.00 per square meter (m²) for every 15 days of delay. At the time of purchasing or ordering the goods, the customer certifies that they have ensured the items can be located within the intended property. It is the customer's responsibility to measure the spaces and the route that the carriers will use to deliver the goods. Therefore, Attiko will not issue any refunds for delivery impediments due to the dimensions of the designated route.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery delays for your products may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you immediately about the delay and provide you with a new delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances. If we are unable to deliver the merchandise due to damage in our warehouse, you may request a replacement or store credit. Attiko Casa is not responsible for any loss, including loss of income or compensation for inconvenience arising from any delay. The customer understands that the service and delivery date may be modified for the convenience and benefit of the routes established by Attiko.
7. ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS
Upon receiving your furniture products, you will be asked to sign for them and inspect any unpackaged upholstered furniture for acceptance. It is essential to be present during the delivery. The person receiving the merchandise must be the same person who made the purchase or any person duly authorized by the buyer in the contract. We offer the option to unpack the products and remove the packaging upon request, provided our team has access to the room.
8. QUALITY
Report any obvious defects found when inspecting the products, such as missing parts or damages, before the carriers leave the delivery location.
Additionally, describe these defects on the 'proof of delivery' document and provide images. For any claims regarding hidden defects, please inform us as soon as you discover them, but no later than 2 business days after delivery. Report defects via email to attikocasa@gmail.com or by phone at +1.787.745.1965. We may examine and test the claimed defective goods to determine our liability. When the products require examination and testing, we (or our agents) will collect them from you for that purpose. For the exchange of defective products, we will arrange for their collection.
Please note that replacement may take time for out-of-stock or custom-made items. Be sure to carefully assemble self assembly products; we are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect assembly. For products claimed to be defective where the customer is responsible for their installation, Attiko will not be liable for costs incurred due to the replacement of items that were improperly assembled or installed.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Attiko is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any defect in goods, delivery, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods and delivery, and we shall not be liable for any losses related to lost profit, revenue, or business opportunities, or any other damage or claim arising out of this contract.
10. EXCLUSION OF OTHER TERMS
These terms and conditions, together with any order confirmation and other documents explicitly referred to in these terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase of goods. They supersede any previous discussions, correspondence, and agreements.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Puerto Rico and any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via email. You are encouraged to review the terms regularly for updates.
